Conquer the world of dreams (sleeping)
Huma
Good day to you viewers, today we shall learn about sleep (benefits, problems, nightmare E.T.C).
A natural temporary state of rest during which an individual becomes physically inactive and unaware of the surrounding environment and many bodily functions (such as breathing). Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases.
One widely held theory about the purpose of dreams is that they help you store important memories and things you've learned, get rid of unimportant memories, and sort through complicated thoughts and feelings. Research shows that sleep helps store memories.
Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure, or stroke. Other potential problems include obesity, depression, reduced immune system function, and lower sex drive.
The longest recorded time without sleep is approximately 264 hours or just over 11 consecutive days. Although it's unclear exactly how long humans can survive without sleep, it isn't long before the effects of sleep deprivation start to show. After only three or four nights without sleep, you can start to hallucinate.
